Scope

A post graduate diploma in computer applications (PGDCA) is a one year course where students gain fundamental IT knowledge and can avail a broad scope of opportunity in both Government and private sector. Under Government sector, the students who have successfully completed PGDCA can apply for positions of Data Entry operator, Computer Operator, Programmer, IT Assistant in various state and central government departments. It is also certified by the recruitment for competitive examinations in SSC, Banking, and various state level computer-based posts. In the private sector, it helps to obtain positions of IT support, office administrator and software assistant etc. It is a fast and effective career-oriented course.
